My husband is not a reader and I am, there are lots of books I read that I wish he would so to get him interested in the book, I keep it on my bedside. Every night before we go to bed, I read excerpts from the book out loud and say something like in your case "Hey it says here, men are naturally fix it people, do you believe that?" or "You know how when I come home, I just want to talk, says here that women are made that way. Do you think it's true?" Make sure when you talk to him you make him feel like you value his opinion and that you show how important it is to you.
