But, I’m pretty confident with the person I am and the way I’m choosing to handle things. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had experiences with these type of books. What’s your opinion on them?

It seems like most of the books are negative and tell you what to do, rather than guide you to make your own decision and be your own adult person.
To clarify, I thought that a good book would be able to reinforce the way I choose to do things, I thought they would be positive, even spiritual and have a lot of guidance.

But, they were awful, negative! I started reading more stuff on spiritually instead.
I’ve stop reading them.

If you want to get back together with your ex boyfriend read the following tips. They are simple steps yet very powerful.

1.) You need to figure out the real reason the break up occurred as it is not always what it seems to be. Once you are honest with yourself and you have learned the real reason for the breakup you than have to something to work with.

Sometimes we just get caught up in everyday life and we forget to be considerate an thoughtful of our partners. We don’t stop to think how important our partners are to us and take them for granted. But when both people are going through hard times at the same time, we can be unaware because we are so caught up in our own worlds. If we neglect our partners needs we leave them vulnerable to someone else coming along and giving them the attention they actually need. After a period of time things pile up.  Little frustrations, hurts, insensitive remarks can all add up, and each little thing is like a brick in a wall.  After a while you are standing before one very big wall.  It is at this point where one party will just give up and say ‘Enough!” and leave.  You want to make sure your relationship never gets to that point.

One thing you may have to do is un-learn what you’ve been told about women and what they want.  If you think women are needy, and high maintenance you need to re-think this (of course some women are that way, but most of them are not).  While this may sound silly here is something you should try: stop thinking of your woman as a woman, instead think of her as a person.  Treat her the same way you like people to treat you.

One of the biggest mistakes men make is they either treat their woman like a sex object, a surrogate mommy, or they go to the complete opposite side and put her on a pedestal where they treat her like she’s made of china.  The best thing you can do is treat her like a human being. She has a mind of her own, needs, and wants. Get to know the real woman, not the person you want her to be, or think she should be.

Don’t lump all women into the same category.  Don’t assume your wife or girlfriend likes a certain thing or should act a certain way just because some other woman do.  Think about your male friends.  Do you treat each one of them the exact same way, or do you change your behavior slightly for each unique friend you have?

Women leave men because they are not happy for one reason or another.  Each relationship is different but at the end of the day your wife or girlfriend will leave because she is not getting enough of her needs met, it’s as simple as that.

Most women want their husband or boyfriend to be a friend and confidant.  They want someone who acts like they actually like them.  Many men don’t act like they even like their women and they certainly don’t treat them like a trusted friend.

Women have sexual needs just like men.  Our society has done a huge disservice to men and women because it tells men they have this huge sex drive and that it’s okay to pick up women whenever they want to and that women have to be good girls who will only have sex with their husband.

The fact of the matter is that is not true. Women have the same sex drive as men, they are just conditioned to not act on it whenever the whim hits them.  What women don’t want is to think that their man only wants them for sex.  Women will often disconnect from their men physically because even though they like sex they also like non-sexual physical contact and many men think they have to turn every incident of physical contact into a sexual encounter.  After a while your woman won’t even want you to touch her, and she’ll find someone else.

So if you want to avoid having your wife or girlfriend leave and you want to  answer the question: “why women leave men?” just follow some of these simple tips and treat your women like someone who you like and love and your relationship should last a long time.

First things first, do not make contact with him until you have your emotions under control. When a girl is upset and cries, guys are at a loss as to how to react. There normal response is to shut you out. Do not cry, beg or plead for him to take you back.

The fact that I was so emotionally distraught, it was hard for me to make the right decisions. I was doing all the wrong things, crying, pleading, begging. It wasn’t long before I realized, that none of this was helping. I knew that if I wanted to win his heart back, I was going to have to get smart about it.

I found an e-book called “The Magic of Making Up“. As I began to read through the book, I realized that the tactics they suggested in this book made sense. When you break up with a guy there tends to be a period of loneliness.  You are missing the time that you spent together. But when he walked out that door he took a piece of your heart with him.  If you are saying “I miss my ex boyfriend,” here are some ways to get past the feelings of loneliness.

Here are two steps you can take.  The first thing you need to do is to bring closure to the relationship. The second is to start on the next phase of your life.

You should find out for sure if he does not want you back.  If you think that there might be a chance you can get back together, you will not be able to heal.

I often get asked “how to get my ex boyfriend back”

If you are reading this, you are obviously looking to convince your ex boyfriend to continue the relationship.  You should first ask yourself why?  Do you really want this person back in your life or are you just feeling sad and lonely.

Suffering from the pain of a break up can be the worst sort of pain a person goes through in their life. Here are a few guidelines to follow on how to win back your ex.

First of all, you do not want to chase your ex. This will only push him or her away. Your ex probably needs a little space to think about things. Often the person with a little time will begin to regret their decision if they are not pressured. They need to come to this realization on their own.

Do not call, text or email them for at least a weeks time. And it is EXTREMELY important that you do NOT beg them to come back to you. This will cause your ex to lose respect for you. It is very important at this crucial time that you take a step back and wait. But do not wait ideally. Try to keep yourself occupied with other things. This would be a good time to do some of the things you have not had time to do. I also suggest that you catch up on friends that you have not had time to keep in contact with or very close friends that will support you in your time of need. Family is also very important. They will help you to get through this.

After a couple of weeks have gone by it is now OK to contact your ex but keep it very casual. This is a very subtle and important step. Send an email, something casual like “how are you doing?” Do not over do it. You want your ex to think that you are fine. Be strong.

If the situation that caused the break up was a minor one there is absolutely a good chance that you can win back your ex. But you must not chase him or her. Your ex needs a little time to think about the situation. However, if a month or so has passed and you are still not back together it is time to take the second step.

You need to ask yourself why you broke up in the first place. Were there hidden problems that troubled your relationship? If so, how can you fix them so that you don’t fall back into the same boat again?

Second, try to decide why you want your ex back. Are you just feel lonely because she’s not around anymore? If so, any woman will do. But, if you have a empty spot in your heart that only she will fill, that’s different.

thirdly thing is, you need to be the person that she needs. Think back to the beginning. What where you like when she fell in love with you?. Have you changed? Did you stop doing interesting things when you devoted all of your time to her? Did you used to do little things for her to show you cared and now you have stopped? “How could you have done this to me,” she said. “I am leaving you.”

Tom is devastated. He knows that what he did is wrong, but he still loves Shari and he does not want to lose her. so Tom wants to know, like many others, how to win your ex back.

The first thing Tom needs to do is sincerely apologize. This is not just a quietly mumbled “I’m sorry” either. He needs to realize what he did wrong, figure out why he did it, decide whether he will ever do it again, and most importantly, communicate all of this honestly to Shari.

At this point, Tom should stop. The ball is now in Shari’s court.

Tom shouldn’t call Shari. He shouldn’t email, text, or comment on her wall. He shouldn’t send flowers or candy.

What he should do is let her make the next move. She is 100 percent in control here. If Tom goes out to score, he’s going to lose her. If he wants to know how to win ex girlfriend back, he needs to be planning for the next step not focusing on the present.

At some point, Shari will initiate contact. There are many pretexts for doing this. For instance, she may be mad and want to exchange all personal property. Or, she could be missing him and just want to talk.

He should put the incident behind him. Tom should only bring up what happened if she does first.

If she’s receptive, and she probably will be (why else is she calling?) Tom should suggest a casual get together. For instance, he should ask her to meet him for coffee or something similar. A half hour mini-date might get things back on track for them.

You can find yourself falling into an emotionally depressed state, and you may find yourself wondering what to do. You may immediately feel like calling your ex and begging him or her to take you back. But is this really going to make things better? Rather than make things better, what it is probably going to happen is you are going to make your situation much worse, chasing your ex away even further.

What you should actually do at this point is the opposite of what you are feeling. Do you feel like calling your ex? Don’t! Do you feel like staying inside and crying all day long? Don’t! Instead, follow these three basic steps and you will have the answer that you need to the age old question “How do I get back together with my ex?”

1 – Accept the Break Up!
Firstly, you need to accept that the break up is actually happening. Tell your ex that you are okay with the breakup, and allow the “moving on” process to begin. When you do this, it will eliminate a large amount of the tension that is being experienced by both of you. Your ex will need time to think about the relationship, and this will also give you time to consider your options. If your ex realizes that he or she still loves you, they will find a way to get back with you.

2 – Do not contact your ex!
This step is important. Do not contact your ex right now. You should cut communication off with him or her so that there can be some time to think. This may seem counterintuitive, but by cutting contact you are signaling that you have already moved on and that you are doing just fine.

This will allow him or her to think about the relationship and how they feel about the situation. It will also allow them to have some time to miss you again. When you can separate yourself from your ex and calm your nerves, it  may be the best time to let them realize how important you were to them.

3 – Plan Ahead for the Get Together
Once you have completed the two steps mentioned above, you can start working on planning on when you should meet, where you should meet, and also what should be said when you do meet up again. This will allow you to get a better idea of whether or not your ex still loves you, and also if there is any chance that you and your ex will be able to get back together.

That might go without saying, but when you are going through a breakup sometimes your emotions get the better of you and you may find yourself nagging at your ex. If you nag, complain or act unpleasant, you’re just reminding him of things he wants to get away from. If you make things uncomfortable every time you see him, he’ll only want to see you less and less.

You don’t want to drive him further away. So be as pleasant as you can whenever you’re around him.

If you’re wondering, Can I get my ex boyfriend back by pretending to be different than your natural self then you have to wonder why you want to be back with him in the first place. You might be better off finding someone who doesn’t make you need to pretend to be someone you’re not.

If you can be pleasant, then whatever problems you had before the breakup probably don’t seem nearly as important now. You might find yourself wondering why you weren’t more pleasant when you were together.

It’s possible, but this could also backfire and make him think you have moved on. If you really feel the need to date, then do so. But only if it makes you happy.

Basically you may have forgotten what it was like to just be together being silly. You marry the ones who you feel you can be yourself with, and over the course of the marriage you become more like the other person. It’s not a bad thing. When you are put in a position of having to survive a break up there are a number of tips which will help lead you towards surviving these ruff times. The first thing you want to avoid is bottling up the pain you are feeling right now. No one gets to go through life without feeling pain at one time or another. They say that breaking up with a loved one is emotionally the same as dealing with the death of a loved on. You should know that it is OK to break down and cry. You should do what ever you need to do to get the pain out. It has to be dealt with.

A Clear Mind
Once you get to the stage of the break up where you are feeling clear minded and in a calm state, you will be ready to evaluate things and find out where you and your partner are in the relationship. At this point only will you be able to make the right decision. If the relationship is truly over than you and your ex partner need to come to terms with it. Once you are at terms with things, you take the next step.

Letting Go
When you come to the point where you know the relationship is not going to continue, you and your ex need to remove the overlaps in your lives. This will include the property that the two of you have gathered while you where together. Doing this will ensure that nothing is left as an emotional trigger later on in your lives. Once the two of you have completely separated, then it’s time to perform a finalizing ritual. This is a symbolic event which will involve letting go of you ex. You can burn on of their letter or photos. You could throw away some of the stuff they left behind. You could delete their files off of your computer or so on. This symbolic gesture is for your benefit.

Moving On
At this point, you should use whatever support that is available to you. This can be friends, family, and other loved ones that can provide emotional support for you. Even though you have done what you can to soften the blow of the break up, you will still face turbulence. As a result you will need all of the help you can get as you are surviving a breakup.
