Why Do They Call It Heartbreak
So why is it that when we experience a breakup that we call it heartbreak, when every ounce of our being is hurting? We have feelings of pain in every waking moment. It’s almost unbearable.
What we project mentally carries on throughout our bodies and effects every ounce of our waking moments, manifesting physically, everything we are thinking to the point of feeling all pain.
I suppose when we get to this point we need to work ourselves back up to projecting positive, to ease the pain.
